Animals

We have an ever increasing collection of smaller mammals, including Wallabys, Meerkats, Yellow Mongoose, Capybaras (the largest rodent) Maras (the second largest rodent), Otters, Coatis, Lemurs and Provost squirrels.

You will often be able to spot youngsters born and raised in the Park as there is continuous successful breeding of many species due to their near natural habitats and Lanzarote´s temperate climate.

Signs throughout the Park provide information on their latin name, diet and place of origin. Colourful pictures and maps make it both educational and easy to understand for all age groups.
